PERSONAL TRAINING

Our teams of experienced personal trainers are individually certified to help client’s reach their health, fitness and weight loss goals. The starting point is a consultation to discuss goals, existing levels of fitness or any injuries. It will then assist the Personal Trainer in building a personalized exercise programme, as well as advise on nutrition.

It is very important that a trainer takes their time to evaluate a client's personal life outside the gym. This way, a personal trainer can figure out what kind of stress their client may be putting on certain areas of the body during their everyday lives.

Our trainers will create a special program for clients and keep you motivated. They will help you start on a proper plan and right mindset. Achieving your goals is the highest priority for our Personal Training Staff. With this in mind, our trainers will be changing and adapting the program as your body adapts to it.

Our mission is to provide a product that will give you a newer, fitter version of yourself! We will be mapping out the time you need to achieve these goals. Our programs will utilize all modalities of training from body weight to resistance training techniques. We add cardio programming, core stability, flexibility and mobility sessions and recovery strategies to refresh the body and mind after each training session.

A client who understands why, not just how they are training a certain way, is a client who can understand and believe in the program. A well-educated client is a client for life!

1-TO-1 COACHING

Individual training will concentrate mainly on educating client on proper technique and proper form of Exercise. The Session will be for a minimum of 1 hour and will be customized programs designed on the next 6-8 months, based on how your body moves, performs and feels.

The workouts will be preplanned and can be emailed upon request. The initial assessment will include measurements of body fat and grith to track progress every month to help tailor your routine based on how your body adapts.

Advice and recommendations will be given on building your workout routine from training sessions, classes offered at Gym Arenaa Fitness to certain doctors to visit/or therapeutic measures to implement based on your assessment of your current physical condition
